Benefits of Beets:
Although beets are high in sugar, it’s a powerful nutrient that you need to eat several times a week. And here’s why. Beets help lower blood pressure, increase stamina and, thanks to their betaine levels, fight inflammation. But that doesn’t end there. No Beets also has cancer-fighting properties, is high in vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals, and also helps with phase 2 detoxification of your body.
Benefits of Ginger:
Some of the health benefits of consuming ginger include relief from nausea, loss of appetite, dizziness, and pain. Some scientific analyzes have shown that ginger contains hundreds of metabolites and compounds, some of which can contribute to healing and health. Why don’t you add it to the smoothie? Oh, it can reduce cold and flu symptoms too. Ginger also helps with inflammation and can help lower cholesterol levels.
