- 1 tablespoon of almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon of 0% Greek yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened nut milk
1.Place all ingredients in a small mug or microwaveable bowl.
2.Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds.
3.Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
