Here’s How Ginger Turmeric Keep Cool

It is a known fact that ginger root is an incredibly healthy food, just like turmeric. Well, if you combine the two, all the better! Let’s talk about it: why is ginger so good for you? What You’ll Need

  • Two or three ginger roots
  • two lemons
  • 4 inches of turmeric root (about 1/4 cup fresh or 2 tablespoons of powder)
  • honey (preferably raw)

How To

1- Chop the ginger, turmeric and lemons. You can do this separately or both together.
2- Put all the chopped ingredients in an airtight container and seal.
3- Pour honey into the ginger / lemon / turmeric mixture. Wait for the honey to cover all the parts. Feel free to add honey as desired (honey is optional as a substitute for sugar). Put the container in the refrigerator.
4- If the honey is skipped add hot water instead and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
5- Pour the entire mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
6- Serve and enjoy!
