We’ve decided to help you by outlining the steps to follow in order to prepare your best version of this vinaigrette, especially as summer is fast approaching …
Italian Salad Dressing
The first step in making your Italian dressing is getting the right ingredients (not the flavored ones, but the real ones) that will enhance the taste and bring your dressing to life.
Extra virgin olive oil, honey, lemon juice, dried parsley, paprika flakes (for taste reasons), grated parmesan, garlic, salt, basil, wine vinegar and oregano.
After collecting all the ingredients, you need to take an airtight jar and add the proportions of herbs and spices. Shake well until mixed, then you can add salt and pepper to increase the flavor. On the other hand, you can whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until they are mixed. Place in a pan over low heat and let sit for a few minutes until it reaches room temperature. The remaining portions can be placed in the refrigerator.
Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing
Making a honey mustard dressing is easy enough because the ingredients aren’t as complicated as many other dressings. For this type of dressing, all you might need are mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, oil (vegetables, soy, and peanut). In a small bowl add all the ingredients except the oil and whisk until everything is well mixed. However, add small amounts of oil to make the dressing creamy. You can use it right away, or you can put it in the refrigerator and keep it for at least three days.
Mediterranean Salad Dressing
To prepare the Mediterranean dressing, you need the following ingredients (these can change depending on your taste and taste): olive oil, vinegar, red wine vinegar, sugar, oregano, salt, onion powder, garlic, mustard, cheese and black pepper.
Put all ingredients in a glass container, food processor or blender and stir well. Once that’s done, you can add the appropriate seasonings and herbs to make it as tasty as you’d like.
Avocado-based Salad Dressing
There are a lot of avocado lovers out there and they might love this dressing. For this dressing you will need avocado, garlic, lime or lemon juice (freshly squeezed), olive or avocado oil, black pepper (to taste), salt and water.
Once all the ingredients are together, place them in a bowl or food processor and blend them until smooth. You can spray from time to time to thin the dressing and spread it easily. You can then use it straight away or put it in the refrigerator (3-4 days maximum).
These salads will make your summer so much better!
