A thick layer of peanut butter combined with a rich layer of chocolate and nuts. What more can you ask for? It may sound complicated, but it’s really super simple! We promise you can, too, if we can! Turn your guilty joys into guilt-free gratification in no time.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

This dessert has two parts that make it even more delicious. You will need the following ingredients for the cookie layer. So listen carefully.

Here We Go:

  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter *
  • ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon of boiled coconut oil
  • ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • Fill in half a teaspoon of sea salt
  • 2½ cups of almond flour
  • 2½ tablespoons of maca powder
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Now we come to the Caco level:

  • 1½ cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 10 sweet Medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • Fluffy sea salt for sprinkling, optional
